Mufasa is certainly an amazing Dad, and obviously inspirational...
But Goofy was there for 50 years raising Max! And, the only Disney Dad I can think of that, through cartoon shorts, series and movies, actually raised a kid to adulthood. I'm sticking with my initial vote! <grin>

It's a tough one between Mufasa and Marlin for me.... But my vote goes to Marlin - he swam across the ocean for his son and conquered many fears for him!
