Disney Cruise Seven Guidelines

I just got back from a wonderful five night Disney Dream cruise. During the muster drill we had to go through some of the crew areas and on our way back into guest areas there was a sign on the door to the effective of, 'You are now entering a guest area, please remember the Seven Guidelines'. Something like that. Does anyone know what they are?

I'm sure that there are plenty of guidelines for crew interaction with Guests, but this is the first time I've heard a reference to a specific number of them.

Maybe they refer to specific things that characters are supposed to do and not do to protect character integrity?

That's what I found:

Disney's even Service Guidelines:

1.Eye Contact and Smiling: This shows guests you are truly listening to their concerns and that you will serve them cheerfully.
2.Greetings: Every guest should be welcomed and greeted individually. When possible, crew members should know guest's names and habits to serve them accordingly.
3.Seeking Guest Contact: Disney Cruise Line employees must be outgoing and willing to interact with passengers continually.
4.Immediate Service: When a guest has a concern, the employee should never hesitate to resolve the issue. Guests should never be delayed or shuffled off to wait for someone else to resolve a problem.
5.Body Language: An employee's body language should always be appropriate to the situation, demonstrating good listening skills, concern for guests' enjoyment, and dedication to doing a superior job.
6.Magical Guest Experiences: The extra touches of service that Disney Cruise Line employees offer - towel animals in the evening, a hug from a popular princess, or fulfilling a guest's special request - should offer guests a magical, memorable experience for their cruise vacation.
7.Thank You: Cruise employees should always thank guests sincerely.
