That's what I found:
Disney's even Service Guidelines:
1.Eye Contact and Smiling: This shows guests you are truly listening to their concerns and that you will serve them cheerfully.
2.Greetings: Every guest should be welcomed and greeted individually. When possible, crew members should know guest's names and habits to serve them accordingly.
3.Seeking Guest Contact: Disney Cruise Line employees must be outgoing and willing to interact with passengers continually.
4.Immediate Service: When a guest has a concern, the employee should never hesitate to resolve the issue. Guests should never be delayed or shuffled off to wait for someone else to resolve a problem.
5.Body Language: An employee's body language should always be appropriate to the situation, demonstrating good listening skills, concern for guests' enjoyment, and dedication to doing a superior job.
6.Magical Guest Experiences: The extra touches of service that Disney Cruise Line employees offer - towel animals in the evening, a hug from a popular princess, or fulfilling a guest's special request - should offer guests a magical, memorable experience for their cruise vacation.
7.Thank You: Cruise employees should always thank guests sincerely.
