It looks like DCL is now sending out emails about MyMagic+ and MDE for those who book a WDW resort stay with their cruise. I am glad they are actually communicating this to DCL cruise bookers. Not sure if anyone else has gotten this email, but this is what they sent me...

I really really REALLY hope they don't put MM+ on the ships.

Why not? They basically already have the same elements people moan about
- you book excursions 75+ days out
- you must carry the token at all times
- you use the website, phone, or mobile to plan and enroll
- you use the token for photos
- you use the token for your roomkey
- you use the token for purchasing

The only thing it doesn't have is Fastpass.. and being able to book things like M&Gs ahead of time wouldn't be such a bad thing. You already need to get there like 10mins early to avoid massive lines.

My cell phone gets shut down the moment we leave port for 7 glorious days. Unless they're going to provide free wifi on the ships I don't want anything to do with MM+

and they do... The Wifi network is free for use with the Navigator app. Demonstrating they have the capability and willingness to open up free wifi for Disney provided services.
