Disney Cruise Line Virus

Sounds pretty scary, especially for my kids, what guarantee can Disney offer that all traces of this virus is removed?

Also what security measures are in place for bio-terrorism attempts on board?

Scares me to think what could happen in an enclosed environment.

That DOES sound scarey - but consider where the cause of the illness could have come from :-
Food poisioning - items not properly stored, thawed or cooked.
Drinking water contamination.
Human contact - staff or guest with illness prior to embarking
Hygene - disease created by poor hygene procedures.
The list is endless (almost) - well this list is at an end, but once at sea "You can run but you can't hide"

I was reading where it was not only the Magic, but a Holland America cruise ship. Disney is super washing down the whole ship away from port so it won't transmit or pick up any more viruses. Since it can be passed from one contaminated person to another, it could have been picked up in a port of call.

Everyone I know who has been on a cruise never experienced anything like this and I hope it doesn't happen to often, especially for Disney cruises.
