I caught the DCI (drum corps) stop in orlando at the citrus bowl tonite and spotted 2 Disney Cruise line busses with people arriving to watch the show. I believe it had something to do with the Disney Magic Music Days, since thats the moniker under which Disney was sponsoring the show. A group of kids were escorted by someone with a MMD pass hanging around her neck as well. In addition, Four for a Dollar sang the National anthem before the show. Their arrangement of the star spangled banner is.... different, and not in a good way IMO ;).

DCL busses are operated by Mears, and are used for many different things. They are used a lot, along with the yellow Mears busses to transport guests from my hotel (non-disney) for functions at Universal and SeaWorld.

I forgot about the DCI show....saw finals last year :(

I know Mears uses them for Airport shuttles, and other charters... however, I was under the impression that they couldn't use them for anything to do with Universal or SeaWorld. *shrug*

I think it's a good way for Disney to advertise on Universal/Sea World property.. lol. What's next? A Flexticket bus dropping people off at WDW... that'd be great
