I am just curious about disney copyright law. I created a logo of three circles for something that I am selling online. I have t-shirts made at cafe press for them. They took it down stating that it disney owns the copywrite. Where do I go to get information about this. I need help desperatly! Thanks.

Hi, I also replied to another post of yours. What is the exact patern of 3 circles? You really should consult with an patent/intellectual property/copyright autorney if it is that important to you. Also I forgot the exact address, but the government has a site for their patent and trademark office. I'm sure you could find it in a search engine. Try poking around there.
