disney CM's are so wonderful

I called up WDW travel and changed over from CB to AKL today .. I asked if we could upgrade to the AKL ..and so she started checking ..and got us a fantastic wonderful price ..but besides that .. was how we talked ..like old friends .. we were laughing and she was telling me how it was her favorite resort and taking her nephew there. So with out even being at WDW yet ..she gave me some of that "disney magic". I wish now I had got her name but we were both laughing and talking so much about WDW and the AKL that if she did say her name I missed it. But this is to all the CM's ..thank you .. the rides ..the parks and resorts would still be there ..but there would be something missing with out the warm and friendly castmembers that do enjoy making it just a bit more "magical"

special People

I think .. no I know.. believe that the CM's are something very very special .. I have seen really rude guest ..that talk to some CM's so awful .. here is someone that will take an extra step to see that you are comfortable and happy. Someone very special that on some days prolly has to take several deep breaths and smile while some jerk is ranting about something that the Castmember has no control over. Alot of our memories involve how the CM's were with our granddaughters, making them feel so special too. it would take too long to mention all of the special moments that happen because of castmembers ... your all the most wonderful wonderful people .. this is the reason to stay on-site ..this is the reason we do not go any where but Walt Disney World. You will not get the treatment at any other park ..any other hotel that you get from Disney and its CM's. I cant say thank you .. often enough for the memories for the moments of shear joy that we have had over the years ..and in truth .. like my hubby says .."they make us feel special" if we didnt feel that way ..maybe we wouldnt go back. So for all the CastMembers when you get that guest that is a complete jerk ( nice clean word ) remember please ..there are those of us who really know what you do for us and our families and we do know how special you are !!!!!!!!!!! I wont lie .. I have tears typig this ..thank you all so much !!!!

I have taken my family on 5 trips to WDW (soon to be 6) and each one was more magical than we could have dreamed because of the CM's that make it happen. We have always found that the Disney magic that you find in the parks is also extended to the resorts. That's why we always stay on-site. During our last trip at New Year's, both of our sons caught a stomach bug (at the same time) and missed a day in the parks. But, the CM's took care of us, gave us anything that we needed, and made our sons' day as fun as it could be. I doubt the off-site resorts would do the same. My youngest son also decided to take his own personal tour of Epcot (without us). Again, it was a CM to the rescue. They spread the word to be looking for this lost child, and within minutes they had found him. I could go on and on, but I won't. The attention to detail is remarkable and greatly appreciated.

It is truely the most magical place on earth because of you (the CM's)!
