I have a Blu Ray player but for films like Pinocchio, Bambi, Alice in Wonderland etc, I bought them on DVD rather than Blu Ray. I feel like if the image is super sharp, they lose that classic feel of a movie made way back when. Does anybody else do this? The DVD is sharp but still retains that classic feel to me. The Lion King is coming out on Blu Ray next month but since it's a newer classic, I'm on the fence if I should get the Blu Ray or wait for the DVD only release. So who else does this? Anybody?
