Disney Character DVD's

Currently there are two sets, totaling 6 DVD's, featuring Classic Disney Characters that I have seen in stores. I own the Chip and Dale DVD, and plan to buy the other two (Mickey and Donald). I love it, as I remember these from my childhood. I had no clue where to find the short cartoons, and suddenly they popped up out of nowhere.
The newer series is themed not on characters, but on content, such as SPORTS, etc.
My question is has anyone gotten any of these?
And do you know if it is a limited time release?
And will there be more coming out?

I got the Mickey one awhile ago, but haven't watched it yet.

They seem to be pretty nice. I haven't bought any of them because I have the Walt Disney Treasures DVD sets. The character ones, like the Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald sets previously released are complete sets. So, if you have those, these current sets may not be as much of a value because you'd already have the cartoons.

There are a couple sets that will be out for Christmas that I plan to buy. These DVDs have the old Christmas shorts that I remember watching as a child, so I definitely want those.

We have the Goofy Collector's DVD that comes in a metal case, but I really don't like it at all. These Chip and Dale cartoons I remember every second of, I am just unsure if it might be a previous release from VHS a while back.
What I remember when I was a kid was...

Christmas one where Mickey and Pluto get a tree and Chip and Dale end up inside Mickey's house. Tons of light jokes, and just awesome.

One where Donald has a "war" with snow and ice vs his nephews. Pretty funny take on a snowball fight.

One in which Mickey (and friends I think) go in an RV.

One with the Ranger guy and a Bear. Hilarious, the Ranger keeps Tsk, Tsk-ing the bear to clean up garbage.

One with Donald working at the zoo. Involves peanuts heavily...

I seem to remember one at the beach with Goofy surf boarding.


Anyways, it's hard to piece these together, and I no longer have the tapes. I can only go off memories. I have been known to watch "House of Mouse" in hopes to see the episodes, but that has always been unsucessful.

I have Mickey Sitting in a sealed wrapper so i have not watched it yet.
