I have been noticing on Ebay Disney Character Breakfast Vouchers for sale. Are these valid purchases. One person is selling 2 adults for $23.

Some of them may be from a promotion that Kellogs is running. Yes, it's illegal to sell them, but will you get in trouble for using them? Probably not. Could they be fake? It's definately a risk! $23 is a good deal for 2 adults for a character breakfast.
