Ok so i did everything step by step....now ....I dont know how to bring up the ...!list......Help....

If typing !list does not bring up the list, then there I'd assume there is a error in the configuration somewhere.
I'm not an MIRC expert, and I'm away from my own PC, so I can't look and check.

I'd suggest you check each and every setting. The smallest typo will throw it out. That's what happened to me last time I re-imaged my PC
