Disney Blu Ray release dates

I was just curious if anyone on here has any information as to when Disney movies are going to be released on Blu Ray. I'm specifically interested in Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and Cinderella but am curious for all of them as I have a habit of spending entirely too much money on Disney blu ray :ROFLOL:

Only 6 movies have had release dates announced so far for release on Blu-Ray.


1 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - October 6, 2009
2 Beauty and the Beast - October 5, 2010 (3D Blu-ray - October 4, 2011)
3 Fantasia / Fantasia 2000 - November 30, 2010
4 Bambi - March 1, 2011
5 The Lion King - October 4, 2011
6 Lady and the Tramp - Spring 2012


Here's the full line up for the Blu-Ray Diamond Editions Disney announced back in 2009. The original plan was to release 2 titles a year.

The French Blu-ray for Lion King has a trailer for Cinderella on it, which would indicate it's coming sometime next year.

Yeah. Cinderella and Lady and The Tramp should be the two 2012 releases.

Thanks! I already own Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Beauty and the Beast, Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, Bambi, Sleeping Beauty, and Pinocchio and have The Lion King on pre-order. Luckily my wife is okay with my obsession. I noticed Aladdin wasn't on the list, I hope they re-release it.

we're soooo pumped for this movie to be released! My wife is due to deliver our first son in 3 weeks and 6 days and we've already said that no matter what, we're going to see the lion king in 3D in theatres lol
