Disney After L1 Fracture

Hi everyone, I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I just wanted to see if anyone has experience with going to Disney after an L1 stable compression fracture?
I recently fractured my L1 tubing, and have been recovery for a few weeks. I have a trip to Disney World in August 2026 and am worried if I will have to limit myself. I am 22 and by the time my trip rolls around I will be about year and about a month since my injury.
Does anyone have experience with this type of injury and going to Disney. Are there any rides you can’t do? Any information would be amazing!
Thanks!
