Discovery Island Boats..

As I am aware they have been closed and both loading areas are mostly used for M&G's. I was thinking with the hope for more guests coming to AK when Pandora, RoL, And the other refurbishments coming to the park would they ever think of brining it back but not having it say it's a River Tour/Cruise but more along the lines calling it Discovery Island Water Taxis...I mean it would at least be nice to see some of the effects come back even tho it's just mostly the Dragon Cave

And the Water geysers by FoTLK/Harambe Fort

Still a shame that the Iguanadon "We Saved" in Dinosaur and went missing is found and was splashing in the water outside of Dinoland was scrapped, brought to Disney Studios Paris and Became a skeletal shell of it's former self...

Again this is just me thinking of something that I doubt would ever come back...But, it's nice to dream tho...

Three of the boats are still in the water at DAK. Only one, the Otter Nonsense, was converted for Magic Kingdom use.

Big Marco (and Andretti Autosport) fan. Would have picked a newer image, but this was more Disney related than Snapple or RC Cola.

I totally agree with the OP and have thought myself that it would be nice to bring back the Discovery River boats as a form of in park transport. That would also add some nice kinetic elements to the waterway.
