Discovery cover and sea world question

Hi all,

I am thinking of taking a day out of our December disney trip and going to discover cove/sea world.

Our main point of going would be for the dolphin encounter.
I have read what this includes at discovery cove


My question is- if we arrive early and get a morning Dolphin time, is it possible say around 2pm to go over to sea world and spend the rest of the day there. It seems sea world is open until 11pm

Other than the dolphin encounter is there a lot to do at discovery cove? I mean it will be December so not exactly hot weather.

I would read heavily on the plan for Discovery. I did it with a very large discount and found that worth it but would not have paid a penny more. AS one of the largest SWPE advocates on here I would say that is a fair statement by me. Read into the day plan and reviews on it. Nine hours is enough time at SWO however. Two coasters, Flume/coaster, four shows, exhibits. You would be safe.
