Hello all, I was just wondering if Disney ever does discounts for cruises. I have heard off children sail free, but haven't seen it in years. Do they offer anything like that anymore? I know they have the discounted fares as sail dates get closer, but I was wondering about others. Thanks in advance

So, if I just happen to be in Denmark in July, and I wander over to the ship terminal, could I get a fantastic last minute deal on the 12 day cruise to Norway, Iceland and Dover? Thoughts?

lol.

You could. You could also win Mega Millions if you play the lottery tonight.

So they'd rather have an empty cabin instead of a paying customer onboard? I understand that they don't want to publicize that last minute deals are possible, but sometimes an empty airplane seat or an empty cabin on other cruise lines can be had for a song at the last minute.

Thanks for the reply.

They do offer last-minute deals as necessary, but not commonly on a desirable cruise like a Europe cruise (Caribbean cruises, being DCL's bread and butter, are available year-round and more likely to have discounts during slower seasons). Of course, there are outliers. Hope you get lucky. I just know DCL is not known for having frequent deals like some other cruise lines.
