>>Disneyland is once again rolling out discounted multi-day ticket offers to Southern California residents just as the holiday decorations get put away for another season and the slower winter months begin at the Anaheim theme park.

Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 7, SoCal locals can purchase $199 three-day single-park tickets that allow access to either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure or $254 three-day parkhopper tickets that will get them into both parks on a single day.

That’s a pretty good deal for the typically pricey tickets, with the single-park discount tickets running $67 per day and the discounted parkhoppers costing $85 per day.

By comparison, a single-day “value” ticket costs $104 while a parkhopper will set you back $154. “Regular” admission prices are $129 for a single park and $179 for the parkhopper. The highest-priced “peak” tickets cost $149 for a single park and $199 for a parkhopper.

The three-day SoCal tickets also include one day of Magic Morning access to Disneyland, which gets discount ticket holders into the park before the general public.

The SoCal discount tickets can be purchased Tuesday through May 18 and expire on May 21. The discount tickets can be purchased at disneyland.com/socal or at Disneyland ticket booths.

Proof of residency within Southern California ZIP codes 90000-93599 or Northern Baja ZIP codes 21000-22999 is required to purchase and use the tickets.

Children ages 3 to 9 years old from anywhere can also get the SoCal discount. The kids’ three-day tickets are good for the same dates and expire 13 days after the first use or May 21, whichever comes first.

Disney is also offering 10 to 25 percent discounts through April 16 on rooms at the Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Paradise Pier Hotel.<<

"The kids’ three-day tickets are good for the same dates and expire 13 days after the first use or May 21, whichever comes first."

This is incorrect. In the website, it says "Tickets expire May 21, 2020 and are not valid before January 7, 2020." You shouldn't have to use up the ticket in 13 days since this defeats the purpose of a locals deal. They won't be able to go in a tight time frame. They aren't on vacation.

It's too bad they don't offer a 2 day ticket. $199 is a price increase since last year it was $180 for 3 day ticket.

The Kids three day tickets is for guest outside of So Cal so getting this deal would benefit any vacationer. It does expire 13 days after first use and it says so on additional details on the website. They would just have to pay full price on Adult tickets. If you are a So Cal Resident you buy the So Cal Resident ticket for your child so you can use it anytime before May 21, 2020.

Looks like no blockout dates around Easter like they have done in the past.

I saw that headline in the Register yesterday and I instantly thought "Uh oh, @Curious Constance is not going to like this!"

If they are going to give this discount to foreigners in Mexico, they really should offer discounts for other Americans in the West, at least the states/regions immediately adjacent to SoCal.

They could have the NorCal Hella Cool Discount and the Beaver State Bargain, etc.

So if you can get a coyote to smuggle you across the border, you get a free day at Disneyland?
