Hey all, just thought I'd let you know that it's this Thursday at 10am. Theirs going to be a media event with some very special guests...they haven't released who, but the buzz is that it's...well...we'll see, I guess :)

They must have been doing a preview or something yesterday because I was there and the line was open and 30 minutes long!

I'm not sure what part of it will be set-up for just the media or the general guests, but Dwayne Johnson will be there (better known as The Rock).
We'll have pictures and probably video on the Orlando Attractions Magazine Blog.

Nahh, I don't think it will be too busy. The new attraction will be busy around the event time, but come lunch, I bet it's down to no more than a 20 minute wait.

It's still the offseason and it's a Thursday... So hopefully not too busy at all. Last weekend was dead... so get my drift!

Matt's at his other job right now so I'll follow-up and let you know that I've posted a 10-minute video from today's Disaster! festivities:

The video includes the full grand opening ceremony, a sampling of the pre-show & ride, and interviews with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Mark Woodbury of Universal Creative, and Universal Orlando President Bill Davis.

As an added bonus, the opening ceremony, pre-show, and on-ride footage all feature binaural audio, so wear your headphones while watching for the full experience. :)
