Disabled pass vs the queue pass you get staying at some hotels?

Hello, Ive read that the pass you get if you stay at one of the more expensive hotels is great but is it still worth it if you have the disabled pass?

I think it would be worth it. With the disability pass you have to go to the ride and you get a return time equal to the standby line. When you return you then go through the express line. If you already have the hotel express you go right in.
