Anyone know if these programs will be available for use in Pandora? (Couldn't get Fastpasses for my family, and no way DS is going to be able to handle the lines/crowds)

Child Swap should be a thing for FoP. DAS would be available as long as substantial medical reasoning is provided that is an actual concern.
Of course for the proper medical reasoning! You think they'll have rider switch up and running opening weekend though?

I would say there is at least a 99% chance. Onky thing that could prevent it would be ops being overloaded, which is possible.
