Dining with 25 students (Help)

I am taking a group of students to WDW for the YES program. We will be using the meal tickets for the most part, but I have scheduled a few "sit down" meals for the students. I would like to dine at a place in the parks that can comfortably seat 25 of us close together, and would be a fun and comfortable expirence for them. I expecially want suggestions for Epcot. The students are from disadvantaged rural backgrounds, so they will not be interested in somthing that is too "fancy." Thanks for your help.

For any group larger than 12 people, you have to schedule with group dining. Their number is 407-939-7707. They can also let you know about availability of places where you can sit together for your group at a given park for each day.

At Epcot, one of my favorite that is not too fancy is the San Angel Inn in Mexico. The Garden Grill is also great with characters and family style portions. The best part about the place is that it rotates. I'm not really sure if either of those places can accomodate 25 people together though.

You could always do something like a Pizza party at a mini-golf course. Or a private catered event (doesn't have to be fancy).

The first place that comes to mind is Garden Grill. I would think if you go right when they start dinner you could all be seated together.

I would highly recommend any of the buffet/all you can eat/family style places. It is easy for everybody to find something that they like to eat. Being a picky eater myself, it is something to think about. I think that the Garden Grill would be a great place in Epcot.

Have a good time!

The 50's Prime Time Cafe would probably be a good large-group restaurant to visit if Group Dining can arrange it. Good "comfort" food, nice atmosphere, fun waiters.

Biergarten is ideal for large groups, as I think all tables seat either 8 or 12.

Outside of the parks, perhaps 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort or Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge.
