I am hoping for a return of the print ans bring discount dining for off peak. This is a fantastic deal for my family.

Not too surprising. Did they offer a 10% food discount for dining certain hours? They seem to offer this discount when the parks are very busy.
The AP merch discounts are still available with 10% for AP and 20% for PAP at almost all retail locations including the carts. I was surprised that discount still existed.
