Dining reservations down

I woke up bright and early this morning to make my reservations only to get errors and nothing available for everything I entered. Waited and called at 7 and they said that the system is down right now and that it would hopefully be up in 30 mins. Called again about 8 and they said it would probably be down till 10am EST. Fun Fun! Hopefully this is resolved soon since we only have 180 days left! ;)

I experienced the same thing. I am on day 2 of waking up at 4:55 CST to get reservations for 180 days out (Sept 21-29 trip). System worked yesterday but today was returning no times for any restaurants. I too called and got the same response.

I run my search every 5 min or so just to see if its working.

This may be a blessing for anyone wanting to get reservations to some of the more difficult restaurants for Sunday Sept 22. Just got to stay on top of the search.

I'll drink to that! When I tried to make mine online last week everything came up unavailable until I called and waited on hold for a half hour and was then able to book everything. So incredibly frustrating.

DW was able to get 3 of our 5 reservations made. BOG is booked for the whole week, or at least not enough room for a party of 13. 'Ohana reservations still have issues and can't be made yet.

So we replaced BOG with Liberty Tree and will keep trying for 'Ohana later today.

What week did they say BOG was booked for?

I have been checking for the past couple weeks for the weeks before we arrive and BOG did have availability, albeit limited. The last week in Sept is traditionally a slow week before EPCOT F&W festival starts. We were hoping my "results" of testing availability would be true for the week we are there.

Not sure what dates my wife asked about but I know we were trying for Sept 22nd or 26th.

Maybe book of a group of 6 and a group of 7 but don't give up! Good luck!

Well that's disheartening. We are there from the 20-29 and were hoping for BOG and California Grill (and Ohana). We have 5 in our party. Ohana does not seem like a challenge (and never has been for us before). The others however look like it may not happen.

Does anyone ever have better luck on the phone than online? I have always found the online system to be easier.

I should add we stay offsite, and have to do it one day at a time.

I make my ADR's on 3/31. If I call in to make my reservations there will be someone there to make my ADR's for me right?? Just wondering since it is Easter Sunday that my 180 mark falls on..... :)
