Dining Reservations...Cirque du Soleil

Hey to all :wave:

I was wondering if anyone had any idea how long should i make dining reservations before my visit... I will be going December 26-January 2 and will be staying at the GF this is also my birthday gift. I know during this time Disney World is VERY busy! Also I will hopefully also go to Cirque du Soleil...la Nouba on December 26. I want to buy the tickets now but I see that for that day (december 26) they are not on sale(at least not online), however i also heard I should buy my tickets 180 days before I go, but that seems impossible since they are not being sold yet. I am looking for category one seating. I want to dine at the following places:

Wolfgang Puck's (Downtown Disney)

Cinderella's Royal Table (MK) :king:

The Hollywood Brown Derby (Disney Studios)

Narcoossee's (Grand Floridian)

Liberty Tree Tavern (MK)

Le bistro de paris (Epcot, France Pavillion)

Victoria and Albert's (Grand Floridian)


I would truly appreciate it if anyone can help!
