Dining plan

I know that this is just wishful thinking on my part, but on the dining plan, they list the plan for ages 3-9. Does that mean that my one year old would get free vouchers or would she just be the same price as the 3-9 year olds?

Guests under 3 are guests of Mickey Mouse. There is no charge for park entry and they can eat off their parents' plates for free or at buffets there is no charge. If you specifically order a kids' meal for them, you will have to pay out-of-pocket for that.
