Dining plan

We have been looking into the disney dining plan when we visit next January. As we will be travelling from England we will be purchasing the 14 day ultimate ticket. As the dining plan this year is incorporated in the magic your way tickets, are we therefore excluded from using it?

If you buy a package with a one-day base ticket each, you'd still qualify. I don't know what impact that would have on the savings associated with the Ultimate ticket. I think the maximum stay for DDP is 10 nights though.

Remember the Disney Dining Plan is not sold separately. It can only be purchased as either...

1) Part of the Magic Your Way Plus Dine Package. This vacation package includes a room at a Disney owned and operated resort, a Magic Your Way Ticket for everyone in the room, and the Dining Plan for everyone in the room for the length of your stay, all sold together at a single package price. This package must be booked at least 3 days prior to arrival, and everyone in the room must be on the same package and choose the same ticket options.

2) Part of a Disney Vacation Club Member Point Reservation staying at a DVC Deluxe Villa property. Again the dine plan must be booked with the room at least 3 days prior to arrival, and everyone in the room must purchase the plan for the entire length of stay.

Any Disney Vacation Package can be booked for any length stay from as little as 1 night to as many as 14 nights.
