I'm pretty sure that the dining plan comes as a package when you purchase room, tickets and dining plan all together.

I cant substantiate this .....but
Im pretty sure that one of the things advised to me was buy an AP with the DVC discount and get the Dinning Experience card.
That being said, I thought that Dining was part of a ticket option so if everyone is on the same ticket in theory you should be fine.
