just checked disney dining plan for 2015 and noticed all restaurants at downtown disney have been excluded .also many at Epcot too .

This happens every year as non Disney owned restaurants negotiate contracts the rest of the year. Nothing to see here...

It is always like this when first announced, especially when it's before the last quarter of the year. Most of the non Disney owned restaurants won't even began their comtract negotiations until September.

Here is one little factoid that I often bring out when this exact same question comes up year...after year...after year...
To the best of my knowledge, apart from locations that have permanently closed, there have *never* been *any* restaurants that have stopped accepting the Dining Plan after having been on the list the year before... (Ending taking Tables in Wonderland, yes. DDP, no.)
