Dining before Spectro

I'm planning for our only evening at MK to be on Sunday 12/8, and we would like to get a good spot to see Spectro and Wishes. I have ADRS at 'Ohanas for 5:00. Spectro is at 7:00. We won't make it, will we? Should we eat somewhere else? Suggestions??

I think it's going to be very close if you make it to Spectro and you won't have a prime seat or view, probably be standing. See if you can get an early ressie at the Grand Floridian Cafe or Kona Cafe, it will be faster and both places have nice menu's. Even if you have a 5:00p, I'd show up a few minutes early and when you are seated, I'd tell the waiter/waitress that you want to eat quickly so you can get to MK to see spectro and don't want a long drawn out dinner. That should help.

How about LTT?

I think LTT would be a good option. Great food and a fun character experience. You will be right on the parade route for Spectromagic when you are finished if you want to stay in that area. My wife and I had great seats for the parade sitting on the rockers on the LTT porch.

I definitely don't think you would want to do O'hana at 5pm. You would either not make it, or you would rush through your meal so quickly you wouldn't enjoy the experience. And LTT starts serving dinner as early as 4pm (I think), so you could even start before 5 to make sure you were done in time.

Have a great time!

I agree LTT is a good option, I just don't tend to think about it because I don't like the food there. It's not that the food isn't good, I just don't like thanksgiving food very much, so it is a personal preference.
