If by poset size you mean 24x36 then I would go with Adorama.
Just make sure the resolution of your picture is up for poster size, poster size can be pricey and if your try to plow up too small a picture you'll be unhappy. The upside to Adorama is they have graph before you actually committ to the print that shows whether your picture has enough resolution. If it goes into the red, do yourself a favor and don't get the posert made, I've done them when it was in the yellow zone and it was okay not great but usable, but red - nope you would be unhappy.
