Different versions of World of Color

I've only just started going back to Disneyland (instead of Disneyworld) about a year ago. And even thought I fly down about once a month or so, I've still only gotten to see the Celebrate! version. I'm fairly sure that I've heard they play multiple versions each day though. I LOVE the Celebrate! show. But are the others superior? What is your guys' opinion on each one?

I've seen Celebrate, Winter Dreams, and a couple forms of the original (with the Merida scene and the Frozen stuff). I have liked all of them but the form of the original (with the Merida scene) is my favorite. I do enjoy the Celebrate version as well.

During the holiday season, Winter Dreams and Celebrate were both performed. That is not the norm - typically just one show runs at a time. For the duration of the 60th, the Celebrate show is in place.

It's my least favorite of the four WOC shows I've seen, with Winter Dreams 2.0 being almost as bad in my estimation. My favorite show by far is Winter Dreams 1.0, with the original WOC behind it. Hope we get the original show back in September - it made much more creative use of the fountains and had zero NPH blandly talking at you scenes.

WoC at it's best is an LED focused fountain show that also uses some projection effects and the original WoC incarnations and original Winter Dreams understood this.

Celebrate and Winter Dreams 2.0 are first projection shows that sometimes use the fountains. They focus on the worst attributes of the original shows and magnify them. The only good thing I can say about Celebrate is I like the post show.

It's still worth seeing if you haven't though.

I believe we are getting a slightly updated WoC 1.3 come September/October from what I've been told.

I like the song they play right after the show since DCA is closed.
"Let's all go to Disneyland. Come with me to Disneyland. Follow me to Disneyland."
It's like they are telling the crowd, you don't have to go home but you can't stay here.
