I have read that Animal Kingdom is Hosting New Years Eve Celebrations . Does this mean that it won’t be at EPCOT to ring in 2020 ?????

That's interesting. I think for one night many years ago AK had a fireworks show in the parking lot for the guests. That might have drove the animals wild! Can anyone confirm?
