Difference in Annual Passes

Looking on the Disney website, is there any difference between the regular AP and the premium one outside of having access to the water parks/golf/wide world of sports? Looking to upgrade to an AP this December, but I never do the water parks, etc. so unless there is some other perk exclusive to the premium AP I missed I'm not really seeing a reason to go "premium" vs. "regular". Can anyone clarify?

The water parks, golf, DQ, WWoS is pretty much it.

There was a time when the merchandise discount was greater fro the Premium, but I believe that is no longer the case.

My premium expires soon, merch discount was the same 10%. We actually forced some DQ and water park time to "get our monies worth". If you don't do those I'd get regular.
