Didn't Disney used to sell video games at the Disneyland Resort?

I seem to remember at one time Disney sold Disney branded video games at the parks with World of Disney also having a small section. Is this a false memory/memories or does anyone else remember this?

Disney had it's own computer game at one point called vmk, but I'm not sure if it being advertised there counts.

I also remember back in the 90's they sold Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo games like Aladdin and the Lion King on Main Street in Disneyana.

I could swear I've see Mickey's Magical Racing game for the Sega Dreamcast in the World of Disney store.

I recently modded a friends SNES Classic to play the first two. Those games are hard!

Things like CD's, DVD's and games are just about impossible to find in the parks anymore.

Disney World Racing is the best videogame I ever played. It's rather shocking how accurate something like the Aerosmith ride is in that game despite the altered music.

I remember when Innoventions opened at EPCOT '94, they had demos of game systems such as the Sega 32X, arguably one of the finest console add-ons ever.

i still have a couple video games that i bought on mainstreet. A couple of them are on 3 1/2 disk and one that is a floppy disk.

not sure why i still hold on to them i think one of them is even still sealed

Looks like they accidentally gave MK Disneyland’s Main St. station. Might need to jailbreak again so I can try it at the parks

They also put Thunder Mountain roughly where the Matterhorn is on the map screen.

Sega 32X, arguably one of the finest console add-ons ever.

Agreed, the Nintendo 64DD couldn’t top it. Shameful how both were killed by the Japanese head honchos.
