Did you know that Alien Encounter was originally rejected by Walt Disney Company chairman Michael Eisner because it was not scary enough?:dazzle: When I heard this it kind of suprised me since Alien Encounter is probably WDW's scariest attraction.

Well after he said this, it was redone some, so the version you ride now isn't the first version of the ride.

It doesn´t scare me either! It´s kinda cool to feel that breath on your neck, but that´s about that. You know nothing is gonna happen, and I sat there trying to figure out how they did it to break that glass and laughed after I screamed all the times I´ve been there. My mom and sister loved it too! :animwink:

I think the original was really sugar coated. Like there was a lot of comedy and the alien was much funnier.

The original version was more "slap-stick" like and was not scary at all. Eisner decided that it needed to be re-done (similar to how he did with JIYI)...and people say he does no good...blah..

Personally I feel that Alien Encounter isnt that scary..but ORIGINAL....and I do know a few people who get scared to death on it...so I applaud the good work they did

Well considering you would need an amazingly fast film in there to not have to use flash, I kind of doubt there are any GOOD pics out there....any other pics might give away secrets.

Alien Encounter is not really scary. I think ToT is scarier, but still not the scariest thing ever.
