Did the Disney Cruise line (or any other cruise line) show Titanic?

Uhm stupid question but who in their right mind would want to watch a movie about a boat sinking at sea when you're ON a boat at sea? :lookaroun

Although I cannot with certainty answer your question, my guess would be "no."

Just as airlines regularly edit out scenes of an aircraft in distress, and would never show a movie whose plot included a plane crash, it is unlikely that a cruise ship would remind its passengers of their precarious position on the high seas.

It reminds me of one of my favorite lines from "Men in Black:"

People are panicky stupid creatures...

No one wants to deal with a panicky passenger.

Not totally true... Delta showed such a movie on one of my cross country flights. Can't for the life of me remember the name of it. People gathered at a cabin and some go out for a flight on a small plane. It crashed and they are chased around by a bear. Not a great movie, but it did involve a plane crash.
