Did I pick the best deal??

This is my trip I booked:

December 15th through 18th (3 nights) at the POP for $180. (SC Resident Discount).

We really just want it to be relaxing short trip to visit the MVMCP...So I will have to buy those tickets.

And We would like to visit a park - so that means I will be buying the Base Tickets separately. $220 a piece for 3 day base. (Two Adults) ...

So for room and regular park tickets Im looking at 620 for 3 nights.

With all these codes (free dining, specials, etc) flying around and stuff I am not sure I am really getting the best deal for my money! Does anyone have any insight?

I am going Nov. 13-17...4 nights...5 day MYW base tickets plus free dining...$606.00. And that's just for me alone. So I think you are fine. If there is still free dining available...you should try and get it. But other than that I think you are getting your money's worth.

That's $60/night - rooms usually go for $82/night plus tax or $93/night. You're saving $33/night or $99.

I'm showing 3-day base at $225 each, even with Maple Leaf Tickets.

So for room and regular park tickets Im looking at 620 for 3 nights.

You're basically looking at $105 per person per night before food. That's very good for a Disney weekend.

The only way you may possibly get a cheaper room is to stay off-site, but then you need to factor in transportation and time issues and any extra cost that that may cause.

Just wanted to mention that if you are going to the MVMCP you can get in starting at 4 pm. You may just want to buy a 2 day ticket and then go to MK on the day of the party at 4.

We will be there the 17th-21st, going to the MVMCP on the 18th too & staying at POP too! We are going to resort hop on the 18th to see all the decorations and then head to MK to get there at 4. This way we don't feel like we are paying 2 times for one day. And it saves us a little money too!

Other than that it looks like you did really well. We used the free dining offer & are paying $1000 total for myself, DH, DS age 5, and DS age 1. I am so psyched about that!
