Did anyone see Kingdom Hospital on ABC?

For its first night at least, it helped ABC tie for the first place network of the night....and in its first hour was the top show, easing slightly in its second hour to place second for that hour behind Law and Order on NBC
I didn't watch it last night....but if other people found the premiere to be disappointing too, it probably won't keep people coming back....but it got out of the gates on a good foot. We'll see how it does next week to find out if it will flop or not....Steven King specials have always done pretty decent on TV....but this is the first one that isn't a 2 or 3 night miniseries....I think there is 13 nights of it!!

I enjoyed the original version so much that I couldn't bring myself to watch the Steven King-ized version.
Hopefully this will go down in flames like so many other Hollywood rip-offs of overseas movies, tv shows, etc. I would really like to see original ideas coming out of Hollywood instead of all these retreads.
