Did anyone get a call from WDW saying they just won a trip to WDW?

it's a timeshare scam. They entice you into taking a tour of their timeshare rental property by offering free or discounted park tickets or discounted hotel, then they pressure you like crazy to buy a time share for 15k the same day. Some people go around doing all the timeshare tours so they can get free tickets to the park. For me, the 3-5 hour it takes to complete a timeshare tour on my vacation isn't worth the tickets. I want to enjoy all my time on vacation.

Did you enter a contest or lotto?

Are they asking for money?

Do they want you to stay somewhere specific?

You may have won something. The odds are high, though, that it is a scam. Use your common sense. If you have none, ask them to send it to you in writing. :)

My Mom won a trip to Disney many years ago, but she won a radio station contest. The Radio Station picked envelopes out of bins and it was up the winner to call the radio station before time is up. If you didn't call in after your name was picked, the radio station would pick another name and go through the same process.

What you are asking is likely a scam because winning trips are from drawings that you entered like me mom did or if you remember entering some type of a contest to Walt Disney World. If you didn't remembering entering a contest, it is a scam like what you asked about.

I got a call a month ago saying I could stay at an off site resort with my family for like 4-5 days with parks tickets included for like around $500.00 for all. All I had to do of course was visit their time share and give a credit card number. They said I had entered some contest. I'm not going to lie I do enter Disney contests. When I told him I appreciated it and could they send me some info, he said it was a one time thing, I had to act now. I politely told him I appreciate it as well, however I was no dummy and I was not going to give my credit card number to him. He was like have you ordered on line and over the phone, I and I said sure, but I knew who I was dealing with. He kept on and on. I then told him I work in Law Enforcement I see scams all the time, and I hung up on him. It was an Orlando number, however there was no name on the caller ID.

Most likely a scam. If you didn't enter anything then it is definitely a scam. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
