Has anyone been to DHS this past year? How long would it take to ride ToT, RNRC, ST and TSMM plus take in the SW LaunchBay?

That all depends upon -
Time of year you visit,
Time of Day you visit
Whether EMH are in place on the day you visit
and whether you're using FP for any of the rides

Not too long..If you time out your Fast Passes you at least can get on 3 of the 5 rides and just have to deal with the regular lines on 2..I did this on my trip in January before they added the new update to FP+.

I had a friend who went on TSMM 4 times in a day in July (she also did the other rides you mentioned, ST twice as well). It's definitely doable to ride them all.
Sorry, first of December, late afternoon into the evening on a Sunday, MVMCP happening over at MK that night, EMH will be that morning
This will be out first trip using the new fast pass system.

The big problem with the Studios is the tiering of the FP+’s. RNRC and TSMM are both in tier 1, so you can only choose 1 of them. To have a FP for the other tier 1, you’d have to wait until you use all three of the first FP’s, and unfortunately depending on how far you have them spaced out it is often impossible to get that other tier 1 FP. As someone else indicated, a lot of this depends on when you are going, etc. As to SW LaunchBay, we were there in early August and the standby wait time was only like 10 minutes. We did the Disney Visa meet & greet which was free and no line to meet Kylo Ren.

Even going on Dec 1st, getting to DHS in late afternoon you will find your lines a lot longer... TSMM the worst. ToT, RNRC will be fairly lengthy. ST lines can be long also ... winding through the trees. A lot of guests locked out of MK will try getting their thrills elsewhere.
