DHS After 3 - Genie+ plan?

Hello,

If my party can't make it into the park until around 3PM but the only Genie+ and ILL times are for before, am I able to use them?

I want to plan at 7, but have a conference that will impede my actual ability to enter the park. I know DHS is basically unlivable without Genie, and it's the first time one of my guests will be going to the park.

Am I in the clear or stuck with Star Tours and MuppetVision?

For Genie+ you would have to monitor return times and book when they reach 3pm. Slinky will quickly go to 4pm or later but other rides might take some monitoring. You might not be able to take full advantage by booking before the park opens.

For ILL you can choose your time. I think they offer a morning, afternoon and evening time initially. Only applies to Rise for now.

Start your stacking from most popular to least popular. Slinky then Tower, RnRC etc etc.
We did this below while not entering the park until 2:30pm (we started at AK). Slinky we waited until 7:03 to book it, everything else was then with the 2h rule. Easy peasy

In June I stacked Genie+ for a later afternoon and as the previous poster said start with Slinky. I went on at 7am and refreshed a few times and a few minutes after 7 I got a Slinky with a return time of 3:30-4:30m. When I went to book my next lightning lane, 2 hours after park open, I had no problem getting a lightning lane in a time period that worked with my later afternoon plan.
