I've been wondering if the space in the building behind these props is going to be a merchandise or food location. With the big doors on each end of the building, it seems like a good fit.

There was a lot of discussion about this in another thread. I personally think that the restroom are taking up almost the entire space within that building not leaving much room for anything else.

Yes I believe the blue building is the actual restrooms, while the roundhouse brick building acts as the entrance and maintenance closets for the restrooms.

The train station also has a new sign over the entrance:
