Despicable Me on Disney Channel??

How does Disney have the rights to air Despicable Me on The Disney Channel? Its Universal and Universal even has an attraction in their parks about it. Its not Marvel so I'm confused.

Disney also has the rights to air Harry Potter which it shows on both ABC and ABC Family. Universal doesn't own either of these properties, it's up to the owner of the properties to license them for different uses. So they can give theme park rights to one company, film distribution rights another company, tv rights to another, video game rights to yet another, etc.
