Desperately seeking vegetables

Me and the missus and our 2 girls (4 & 2) are heading to WDW early Sept and we can't wait. We visited a couple years back and the only thing wrong with the whole trip was trying to track down fresh vegetables at the Magic Kingdom for our daughter. Any ideas where we might find more healthier food without having to sit through a long drawn out seated lunch?

Epcot had more options, but I have a feeling we're going to spending more time at MK playing princesses! I'll be acting all Gaston, searching for antlers to decorate with etc.

Use the Garden Grocer at gardengrocer.com.

If there are additional items you need which are not listed they will try their best to get them for you.

I believe it's a $12 delivery fee to your resort....but well worth it.

Try the Liberty Square Market across from Haunted Mansion. They don't have a ton of vegetables but they have a ton of different fruit options which is a good second choice if you can't get them the veggies, IMO. Here's what they offer....
Pickle, Apple Slices, Oranges, Bananas, Grapes, Corn, Baked Potato, Mixed Fruit, Pineapple Spear, Watermelon and Carrot/Celery Sticks.

Also there are often salads on the menus of the restaurants. I know Columbia Harbor House has a garden salad on their kids menu. If that doesn't work, there is always an option to get carrot sticks with a kids meal at the QSRs so that's a few veggies if nothing else.

Hope that helps! I just did MK but if you need help tracking down the veggies in the other parks, let me know. =)

Thanks everyone, l'll look into these. Didn't know they were serving baked potatoes. That and the fruit will probably do the trick!
