I almost wish I had never found out about WestCot because whenever I'm at DCA I'm never able to fully appreciate it knowing what could have been.

I've never been to DCA so I wouldn't know but the concept art always looked amazing, now you've quoted me I realise I've written DLP in error rather than DL, whoops!

Indeed, WestCOT would have put DCA (versions 1 AND 2) to shame.
Chalk that loss up to corporate incompetence.
