Deep Roy, never in the credits for the Empire Strikes Back playing Yoda

Did you know that actor and stunt man Deep Roy was in some scenes of Empire Strikes Back as Yoda, but never credited in the movie?

I had to Google him to learn who he was.

Why wouldn't he have received credit in the movie? Who was his agent? Was he paid for the work? And why wouldn't he get credit for it?

He’s become relatively famous and is frequently cast whenever the need for a diminutive person exists. Whether he was of that prominence in 1980 is unclear

I thought he was great as all of the Oompa Loompas in the remake of Charlie and The Chocolate factory. He seems to be very talented! I heard that Hugh Grant is playing a Oompa Loompa in the latest Charlie coming out soon.
