I was wondering what kind of decorating tips anyone could give me for a bedroom? I know I will have a disney theme, but any neat things I could do? THANKS!

How about a Mickey Mouse head shaped headboard? I also know for a fact that they do sell Disney themed hardware, like for your furniture. I personally like the whole Mickey theme...it's cleaner and simpler to follow and coordinate with. The Red, Yellow and Blue are nice...however, i'm not sure if you already have a certian theme in mind...do you? I'd love to answer any other questions!

use an orthoganol design. i did this in my room -

on one wall, take your two fav. colors, and some painter's tape... make patterns with the tape on the wall - i made squares, but the lines aren't straight - makes for a VERY cool effect - then paint every other square with your two fav. color - min is blue and yellow - then peel the tape off... for a better effect... - go to home depot and buy some disney stencils - i bought the castle, mickey's head and mickey's glove stencils, and go back with alternating colors and put a stencil in every other square up and down- real cool!

Home Depot also carries a full line of Disney paints. I have the chip for Sorcerer's Hat blue right here on my desk...but they have the full spectrum! I also have the little brochure thingies they have that give you some ideas :)

Target also carries a line of items by that designer guy (I forget his name...is it Michael Graves?) with the mouse on them :)

You can also use framed prints or posters as well to help carry on the theme. My bedroom is decorated in a country cottage theme, but I do have a litho of Cinderella and Prince Charming in a gold frame hanging in there...it works with the decor, and its one of my favorite things about my bedroom :)

Good luck girl! :D

Did a search on homedepot.com...using Disney as the key word. There is a lot of stuff, but it won't let me transfer the link.

I like the Mickey table top lamp. Just may have to get one.
Can't have a whole room, just bits and pieces. :(

I have a white picket fence painted on my walls from like *thinks* at least five years....i recommend NOT doing that!

My other room (traded rooms for like 5/6 months) is Blue, disney blue, I don't remember what exact color though.
