Happy new year from the UK! Just starting to plan our ADRS and looking at the 2014 list for DDP there are no DTD restaurants and some Epcot one missing too! Will they appear? Staying at SSR so hope so!

The list fills as they negotiate with the non-Disney run restaurants. For the most part, the list very rarely changes year-to-year. If you use the 2013 Dining Plan brochure you'll be fairly safe.
I would double-check from time to time as your vacation approaches and be prepared to cancel if a restaurant still isn't listed if you're a month or two out and re-book at one that is. But as I said, your odds are good the same restaurants from 2013 will be listed by the time you go.

Thank you for your replies. I've been looking on the wdw website at dining options and when you click on the individual restaurant it does appear on 2014 dining plan. It's just the PDF brochure that hasn't been updated.
