DDP Discount Question

I read that Disney is currently offering the DDP free with an MYW package for trips booked thru 09/20. When I called to purchase my MNSSHP tickets, I asked if this discount will/could be extended and was told that "it's not likely." We'll be arriving 09/24 and would love to be able to take advantage of this discount. Those of you "in the know..." do you know/foresee this discount being extended?

Doubt it very much.

Free dining was offered to residents of the UK back in the fall, for most of August and September, and then again as a bounce-back offer for those who booked their trip while they were on their current trip.

Disney VISA holders were then able to book free dining on April 7, then the general public, but for a much more restricted set of dates - this tells me that they only needed to offer it for those restricted set of dates - Aug 24-Sep 20.

The only reason they would extend it is if they were seeing low occupancy during the time after Sep 20, and I don't believe that will happen.
